Return & Refund Policy

JUAN SOLAR AND PUMPS wants you to feel confident when ordering solar fountains, water pumps, solar panels, outdoor shower pumps and related accessories.
Return Requests
We accept eligible return requests within 14 days after delivery of the last item in an order. When the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline extends to the next business day.
Start a return request through your customer account, or contact us before sending an item back so that we can provide return instructions. Items should be returned in their original condition with all included parts and packaging where reasonably possible.
EU Right of Withdrawal
For eligible consumers in the European Union, distance purchases may be cancelled within 14 days without giving a reason. This period begins when the last item in the order is delivered. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Please submit a cancellation request through your customer account or contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been fulfilled, the return process applies.
Return Shipping and Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong item. Please contact us promptly and include clear photos if there is a product issue.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For valid EU withdrawal or cancellation requests, refunds are processed within the time required by applicable law, normally within 14 days after notice of withdrawal.
Final Sale Items
Items clearly identified as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for self-service returns, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
